Webcams- a view of the islands from different angles

We have had a webcam at Churchtown Farm for many years, positioned just above the farm house back door it provides a fantastic view across the St. Martin’s flats to Tresco. Apart from the odd foggy day when you can’t see anything, we have witnessed some spectacular sunsets such as the one below, taken by the web cam.

The link to the webcam can be found on our website by clicking here.

We have had many comments from customers about how much you enjoy keeping an eye on the view from the webcam. We thought you might like to know you can now watch the goings on from a different angle. The Ruin Beach Cafe on Tresco has installed a webcam looking back at St. Martin’s, effectively we are watching them, watching us, watching them and so on…. If you would like to take a peak you can click here to be redirected to their website.

There are another two web cameras positioned on St. Martin’s, one at higher town quay and one at lower town quay. Here is the view from higher town quay.

In the summer you will be able to see the comings and goings of the tripper boats, whilst in the winter we get some pretty impressive storms. To view these webcams you can click here which will take you to the St. Martin’s community run website.
